You will not have problems with sub standard products at The Classic Watch Buyers Club as we go out of our way to ensure the products we stock are of the quality we would expect. At The Classic Watch Buyers Club we believe that "you get what you pay for - but there is no need to pay over the odds". We aim to keep our costs as low as possible allowing us to offer a very competitive price to you the customer.
Should you change your mind please return to us in the original packaging etc within 14 days for a refund. If you have a problem with a faulty product just return to us within the year and we will get a new product to you.
The Classic Watch Buyers Club does not make any money on its postage charges. We try our very best to send to as many countries as possible, should we over charge you for postage we will refund the difference as soon as we can. Postage : We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm the same working day (unless they are made to order items). All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched next working day. We ship Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Royal Mail Holidays. During the Christmas Period we dispatch every Saturday in December (please allow extra time for your order to arrive during this busy time, we will dispatch as promised but cannot be responsible for any postal delays caused by volumes of mail or weather).
