We work on all watch brands and welcome enquiries about servicing, battery replacement and general repairs, including mechanical and automatic watches. Tell us what you have noticed and anything you know about the watch’s history. If you are not sure where to start, that is absolutely fine.

A conversation is the first step. We can discuss your particular watch and explain the next steps. We may need to examine it before establishing what work is required.

Visit us with your watch

Most of our repair customers visit us in person. If you would like to bring your watch in, give us a call first to discuss it, check current opening hours and agree any arrangements before making a special journey.

We also welcome enquiries from customers elsewhere in the UK who would like to discuss sending a watch to us. Call us for a conversation about your watch before posting anything. We will confirm arrangements for your particular watch and discuss delivery with you.

Please do not post your watch until those arrangements have been agreed. We are happy to discuss assessment, estimates, current turnaround times and return delivery when you enquire.
